Taking Tramadol. Have Anxiety, Depression, Ocd, Restless Leg Syndrome. Is It Because Of Their Opiate Nature?

I'm curious about something- well, I guess it's your take on something - I am very well informed (and in the profession somewhat with counseling and mental health issues) I have been taking low levels of tramadol - I had to take them 2 years ago because of an accident - but what I found was they evened me out. I have major anxiety, depression, OCD and restless leg syndrome. Is it because of their opiate like nature that they are not being utilized or prescribed?
