Taking Sleep Md, Alteril For Sleeping, But Waking Up 2 Hours Before Actual Time To Get Up
Ive been trying sleeping meds like sleep md and alteril and they work amazing for about 3 nights and then I start waking up wide alert about two hours before im actually ready to get up. I think its the GABA but im not sure why I havent seen this side effect in any forums. And should I be spacing it out more before I go to bed rather than just taking it all at once? Its really the only sleeping aid I like and I have no idea why im the only person who experiences this.
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Waking up early suggests that there is a problem with sleep maintenance and not actually with the initiation. There are some extended release forms of zolpidem available which can help in maintaining the sleep for longer hours. The other thing you should bother about is the possibility of underlying depression. This underlying depression can lead to such early morning awakening and you should get a consultation from a psychiatrist for the same.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
