Taking Probiotics For H. Pylori. Black Specks In Stool. What Should I Do?
Hello, i have H pylori and have been taking probiotics since then. i am certain the 3 course antibiotics did not work and the gastroentologist said he wants put a camera in my anus to see what the problem is because i have too many symptoms. since taking the probiotics it has been easy for me to pass stool. i have recently noticed in my stool there are specks/dots of black, it look like pepper.
what should i do?

You should do colonoscopy to find is there any source of bleeding in colon.Usually black stool can indicate upper GI bleeding. I doubt that probiotics can help to treat H.Pylori. It should be treated by antibiotics till it is eradicated.
