Taking Medication For Hypertension And Hyperthyroidism. Can On Going Chest Pain Be A Heart Attack?

I have checked my bp twice in the last 30 minutes. 1st reading was 120/70 pulse rate 100. And 2nd reading was 114/68 pulse 98. Resting when I took these. I have had high bp for awhile and was prescribed lisinipril. And was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism last year I take meds for that as well. my question is I've had chest pain in middle of my chest from my throat to the middle of my chest for 3 days now and it's getting worse and I was wondering if I'm having a heart attack..

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern let me clear something blood pressure some how nothing to do with the heart attack because a person having normal blood pressure can have heart attack on other hand hypertensive patient may not have such unnoticed heart attack, if you have doubt then the best test is EKG this will at least shows the changes which could be responsible for ischemia, hope this information helps you have good day.
