Taking Medication For Anxiety And Depression. Suffer IBS. Stomach Always Feel Upset. Prescribed IBS CIM. Suggestions?

Hi!
I have been taking medicines for anxiety and depression since last 11 years. I have got some relief in depression but not in IBS.
I always feel that i have to go toilet every after 1-2 hour. I have consulted from gastroenterologist but he also could not find anything and prescribed me medicine IBS CIM (Cimetropium Bromide) which is also not working. My stomach is always upset. Please suggest what to do.
I am also forwarding some test i had done and medicines i have been taking. Now i want to get rid of all medicine, plz suggest what to do.

There are two treatments, other than your routine pharmacological treatments, that are effective in the disorder mentioned by you. They are cognitive behavioural therapy and biofeedback therapy. Both of them do not require medications and can be taken up by trained psychiatrist or psychologist.
