Taking Lopate GM For Skinproblem. Get Temporary Relief. How To Cure It Permanently?
hello sir from last one year i have been in skin problem in my upper thighs (both leg) and also back portion currently i am using lopate GM...actually it works good....my skin colour turned to normal.... my problem is if i stopped to apply one or two days, rashes spread vigorously... what the solution for this doctor...please get me out from this problem

Lobatn gm is an antibiotic and steroid combination.
I think you are suffering from fungal infection.
Steroid can control this for a short period of time but cannot cure it.
You need to apply some anti fungal cream like clotrimazole.
Meeting a dermatologist before starting this will be better .

Lobate GM a triple action cream containing clobetasole a potent steroid, neomycin an antibiotic cream and miconazole an antifungal
you seem to be benefitted from it
mostly rash in the inner thigh is due to fungal infection but there may be secondary bacterial infection as well.
to get rid of it you need to take oral antifungal treatment like fluconazole or terbinafine. but you need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis before the start of therapy. an oral antibiotic is needed if bacterial infection is there.
