Taking Keppra BID To Build Stamina. Does Keppra Deplete Body S Ability To Last For Prolonged Physical Activity?

I take 1000 mg of Keppra BID, and I m trying to build up my stamina for a snow hike this winter. I m using an elliptical machine, and finding the 30 minutes on the machine are difficult to complete. My question: Is the Keppra I take depleting my body s ability to last for prolonged physical activity? I want to push myself if it won t hurt me.

Hello

Thanks for the query

Keppra has Levetiracetam, it is an anti epileptic drug. It does not deplete your body ability to perform physical activity.
Here are my suggestions to you
1. Continue taking Keppra BID
2. Try to escalate your exercise in a step wise manner, for example 5 min escalation every day. Do not attempt extreme exercises on the first day itself
3. Keep yourself well hydrated, most often the reason for fatigue is dehydration

I hope I was of help

Regards
