hello, if your adhd symptoms remain till afternoon , then what youcan do is take the total dose of adderall 60mg in morning itself. for the anxiety which is not remitting with the klonopin dose you are already taking , i would like to suggest you learn some relaxation techniques and start doing regular meditation with the help of a psychologist. as for the mood stabilizer you need to be evaluated for mood symptoms before recommending any medications.
