Taking Cypralex For Chronic Stress, Mirapex For Restless Leg Syndrome. Have Fatigue. Medicine Interactions?

l am a man of 65 years old and l am treatred for chronic stress .My doctor gave me a prescription of cypralex since one year .Also . l am taken mirapex since 11 years for restless leg syndrom .since one year l am alway fatigued and one hour after took mirapex l am feeling so bad that it is very important to got to bed and in the past l took my blood pressure and it was 90/45 it possible that mirapex and cypralex have an interaction that cause fatigue

Cipralex contains escitalopram which is good anti depressant drug. It has very low drug drug interaction profile.
Your fatigue might be
- Physical causes like low hemoglobin, vitamin B12 deficiency.
- As a symptom of depression or restless leg
- As a side effects of escitalopram.

You should consult your psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. Treatment will be directed as per the cause.

Doctor may advise for blood investigations like hemogram, electrolytes and vitamin assay.
