Hi welcome to health care magic forum, Intra synovial injection of
cortisone should be given exactly in side the synovial sac. and should not be continued so long as 6 years. It
steroids are absorbed into the circulation , they will show the systemic side effects. If you have either
hypertension or diabetis you may have such symptoms as
flushing and head ache.
Delay in stopping of the period has nothing to do with the injection. In fact it has the property to stop the bleeding.
I advise you to consult a physician to exclude the hypertension and diabetis and to consult an orthopedic surgeon to find out the suitable way of treatment for in place of steroid injection.
I also advise you to follow some diet recommendations to avoid
joint pains, avoid taking potato, tomato, cauli flower , coconut, egg , chicken, and sea foods.
dont worry you will be fine soon. Thanks for calling.
