TSH 13. On Thyronorm, Overweight. How Long Should The Medication Be Continued?

My tsh is 13 i m taking 125 mg thyronorm..i got dis problem last 6mth back postpatrum thyroid...dat tym my tsh was 60 n was taking 100mg thyronorm now after 3mth got tested its 13 so taking higher dose....so dat i can loose weight also i m overweight...till when it vl last..i m taking medicine from last 3mth..for how many mth more should i take...plzzz help me...

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Hypothyroidism of such severe intensity is usually treated life long. So after titration of the dose to bring down the TSH, it will need to be continued for the rest of your life.
