Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
From your query i suspect you may have folliculitis.
It is a bacterial infection of the hair follicles.
Bumps in the neck may be due to the enlarged lymph nodes by infection.

As it is increasing now, it is better to have antibiotics.
It can be used for this skin infection.

Most frequent side effect is diarrhoea. it can cause nausea, vomiting, tiredness, joint pain.

Use mild anti dandruff shampoo ans mild antibacterial soap for bath and wash.
Do not share towels, handkerchiefs and soaps.
Avoid using oil for hair for some days as it may trap bacteria and does not allow the folliculitis to heal quickly.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
