Swollen Red Itchy Lips, Burning, Painful. What Could Be Wrong?

Hi, I m having swollen red itchy lips that are burning and painful...it is around my mouth area....started 2 days ago...I started using a new moisturizer with SPF 2 days ago all over my face...but the rash is only my mouth area...at the same time, I used a lipgloss which I have used before with no issues....what could be wrong?

Thank you for your query.
This sounds like an allergic reaction to the moisturizer . I suggest that you discontinue both the moisturizer and lipgloss , when the rash disappears you can try to re-introduce the lip gloss. Please consult a doctor regarding the rash, he may prescribe anti-histamines and topical cortico-steroids if necessary . I trust this information is helpful.
