Swollen Painful Nose After An Injury. Had Mild Bleeding. Bump Formed Inside. Broken Bone?

I have hit my nose against a door, afterwards it hurt a lot and it bled from the outside and a little bit from the inside. It got quite swollen and painful. Afterwards I have applied ice a couple of times. It is now 5days ago and it is still sensitive and I have a little bump in my nose profile. Was it broken? Will the bump go away?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query.
From what you describe it does look like you have a broken nose.
If the swelling is indeed because of fracture dislocation then no it wont go away on its own.
Consult an ENT specialist soon for diagnosis. Broken nose is easy to fix if surgery is done within a few days of the injury. Once the broken dislocated portion of the bone heals in its new position then it has to be refractured and set right and the procedure wil be long and the result may not be satisfactory, hence the need to see an ENT urgently.
