Swollen Feet And Lower Legs With Itch Rash, Slowly Spreading. No Advancements With Medicines. Advice?

I have just recently gotten swollen feet and lower legs with an itch rash on the lower legs. It started on my left leg and now showing up on my right leg. I have recently been prescribed Twynsta 80/5mg once a day. I was also prescribed and sauve Cortisporin for the rash but just gets worse and the swelling is increasing.
