General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic.Thank you for the query.
most such lesions are benign and usually indicate swollen lymph node, benign cyst, fibroma or lipoma. So i am sure this is your cae. of course, malignancies should be ruled out by biopsy and this will verify the exact diagnosis. Try not to worry because it wont change anything, but cancers are very rarely diagnose when tehre is such simptomatology.
Wish you good health. Regards
