Welcome to HCM. You are very much active and doing your routine activity easily than there is no need to worry for weight gain.Due to your age you require multivitamin, calcium supplement. Go for mammography to rule out your breast condition. Joint pain is due to development of osteoarthritis at this age.Apply local nsaid gel on it. Consult your physician for further guidance and medical management.
