Swelling With Fluid Between Thumb And Index Finger, Muscle Weakness, Dizzy Spells, High BP. Cause?

I have a swelling in between my thumb and index finger . And it looks like it s fluid. I developed high blood pressure a day post partum. My baby is 4 months old and I m on blood pressure medicines. I feel pain and muscle weakness on this right hand for about 3 days now and I also have dizzy spells well I don t have money to pay but I can gi to my doctor tomorrow thanks for your offer and Regards

The swelling that you have is not likely to be related to a high blood pressure. This is more likely to be due to an inflammation of the joint. You can take some mils analgesics and do a hot fomentation for relief.
