Swelling in testicles, white discharge. Worried

Hi, um earlier today I was in the bathroom and I noticed a bit of a swelling on my sack, not near the testes, more of around the leg but still on the sack, I took a closer look at it and noticed it was already pouring a sorta dark white, kinda like tan you could say, puss, I hadn t felt any pain there and after the puss and blood had dispersed there looked to be a small hole that it was all coming out of, so this leads me to believe an ingrown hair . But I am still very scared and have no idea what this is, i m not sexually active, i m still a virgin , so I don t think its an STD and the bump is not noticeable unless you touch it. Any idea what this could be and how I should treat it, yes there is still a bump even after the puss was gone.

Thanks for your query Based on what you have stated it appears that you have Infected Sebaceous Cyst on your scrotal sac Please take some antibiotics like Doxycycline along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week .It should subside in a week .If persists even after taking antibiotics consult qualified surgeon you may need to get it excised in Toto.
