Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I'm having lots of swelling in my right hand, all fingers, with a good deal of pain when I try to move my fingers. Right hand looks approx 1.5 times size of left hand. Pressing/squeezing fingers is painful. Usually, swelling is in late evening to early night-time, then many times once again upon waking up in the morning. No grip in hand when the swelling/pain occurs. Left hand is fine.
Thanks!

Hi, it appears that you have arthritis of the fingers of the right hand. other reason is carpal tunnel syndrome. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, serratiopeptidase, and antiinflamatories. Thank you.
