Swelling In Penis After Sex, Soreness, Itchiness And Red Rashes. Used Canesten Duo. Explain?

After having sex with a partner I experienced swelling of my penis and developed a sore, itchy, red rash along the back of my penis and scrotum . It weeps clear fluid. Both myself and the girl have had recent std tests come back as clear. I have tried canesten duo and this has not resolved the problem, currently trying mycil anti fungal powder. Any suggestions what it could be and potential remedies?

Dear Nwlonergan, All infection of genitals are not serious STD one, but common infections are mostly mixed type, IF not responded with the drugs and local application consult more experienced dermatologist or get done urine routine and if some fluid is oozing get done culture and sensitive test to exactly identify the organism and get treated properly . don't try self approach you need professional guidance. if partner is unknown or known never go unprotected sex, if married get your partner also treated simultaneously.
