Swelling In Hands, Feet, Rash In Whole Upper Torso, Red Like Sunburn, Sensitive Skin. Remedy?

In February 2013 I started with hand swelling, and a sunburn like rash on inner thighs. I have had multiple blood tests done, meds changed to no avail. I now have very swollen feet, swollen hands, the rash has now covered my whole upper torso. Red like sunburn, skin feels very tight, sensitive to touch. Yet, my doctor doesn't know what it is and people in the public comment on it. The skin is so sensitive even to take a shower, yet I get cold easily

Hi, it appears to be due to defeciency of blood, or vitamins probably thiamine. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, iron preparations.
For rash it might be the fungal infection, i advise you to consult a dermatologist for treatment. Thank you.
