Swelling And Bleeding As Handle Hit On Nose, Black And Blue On Eye. Is It Broken? Should I Consult A Doctor?
Yesterday I was loading boxes into a dolly one box was very heavy and as I dropped it the dolly handle flew up and hit me on the right side if my nose. It instantly swelled and bleed from the point if impact. I have not had blurred vision but it is still swollen, and it seems that I have a stuffy nose on the side I was hit. The black and blue on my eye is more pronounced today, but a very small area on the inside socket of my eye. Should I see a doctor? Is it broken? Should I keep icing it? Please help! Thanks!
it is blood haematoma causing this as the blood clots under skin cause these sy,mptoms need to get xray both nasal bones lateral view and consult ent doctor to treat if fractyred nasal bones mean time use antibiotics to prevent infection anti inflamatory tab ointments massage and anti allergic tab if itching it may take 3 week to ressolve hematoma if no fracture
