Hi there ~

The only way I can think of that you can help is to alert social services over there by writing a very lengthy letter explaining what happened to your girlfriend. I am sure there would be suggestions that come from the other end and you could work on them. If this is urgent please call 911 and have the issue reported. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!

Welcome to health care magic
I can understand your situation. I appreciate your effort to seek online support.

Ideally, in such cases, psychiatric help is of utmost importance for detailed evaluation as she is having suicidal tendencies.
There are various kinds of treatment available which includes drug treatment, psychotherapy/counselling and ECT.
Try relaxing her with relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, deep breathing etc.
Make her busy talking to you on phone/skype etc.
You can also contact some NGOs to provide hospitalisation (if needed) and for adequate treatment.

Hope it helps
Good luck
