Suggestion To Take Tharonorm 50 Mg During Pregnancy

I , I am 24 yr old.suffering from hypothayroid since past 4 yrs..presently m on tharonorm 50 mg daily 1..now my period got due.today is the 15th day..can I pregnant??? Is it safe to hav thayronomr in pregnancy? I had done upt on my 10th day but it was -ve..my period never ever delay like this..what would be the reason?? Presently past 15 days m not taking any medicine. .nt even thyaroid..please suggest whT to do..and when can I di upt

It is unlikely to be pregnant if the pregnancy test is negative even after 15 days of missed cycles. If pregnancy test is negative, it may be due to an anovulatory cycle. If so, then taking medroxy progesterone for 5 days will bring about a withdrawal bleed. Thyronorm is absolutely safe during pregnancy and is unwise to miss it. Hypothyroidism if untreated can lead to abortion and premature labour.
