Suggested Vitix For Vitiligo. What To Do When On Holiday?
I have had vitiligo for the past 10 years and it is spreading quickly. I have visited the GP many times and the only answer I was given was " there is no treatment for this condition" However, when I visited Turkey the doctors there suggested me to use the Vitix gel, but I have not yet used it. My friend had the same condition too but it has all disapered and she's telling me its because of the sun. However, when I visited the GP he's told me to ensure my skin does not get in contact with the sun, that is all his suggested me without referring to any specialist. Any suggestions on what I can do because from the holiday I have visited they told me there are treatments to this condition whereas my GP disagrees with this.
Hello! Vitiligo is treatable and it has to be treated by Dermatologist. Infact the doctors would have advised you not to expose to sunlight if you had taken that medicine and applied the Gel as after application of gel you are suppose to expose to sunlight for a certain period only. Hence kindly consult a Dermatologist. Take care.
