hello, so i have been smoking cannabis on/off for the last four years. but i started to smoke more frequently two years ago. probably five times a week (2 gm a week). i have now become sober and wondering what steps i can take to reverse as much of the effects cannabis has had on me.
Just staying away from it. There are not that many effects of it, and those tend to go away over time if you stop using it. Paranoia/schizophrenia/serious mental illness are not very reversible. Frankly it is hard to say if marijuana use causes those mental changes or whether those with those mental changes smoke more marijuana. Otherwise, lung irritation, and other changes get better.
