Hello,
The be way to come out of beta blockers like metoprolol is to wean off gradually. You can reduce your drug amount by 25% every 2 months and Tjis way in few months you should be off from the drug.
But a word of caution to you.It is always best to wean of under the guidance of your doctor and other thing is that the moment you find any problem like palpitions or uneasiness,go to ER immediately.
Thanks
