Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

Hy sir...my periods was stop since 1 month..last month I had periods on 8 th to 13 th July after that this month not had..then I checked my pregnancy test through prega kit and it s shown positive on 22 July...and I don t want baby right now...so can I also use mifegest tablets..plz suggest me..

Hi welcome to HCM....

You are having pregnancy and its approximate maximum around one month age ...

So two method there for abortion ....
1.medical
2.surgical

In surgical approach manual vaccum aspiration procedure will be useful....

But most recommended and good method is medical abortion with use of combination of mifepristone 600 mg and than after 48 hour with misoprostol 800 ug intravaginally..

But first pregnancy exact age and site confirmed by USG ....As it is necessary to exclude ectopic pregnancy via USG....

After abortion procedure you are given iron supplements ...

Take care ....

I will advise you to consult gynecologist for examination and discuss for abortion ...
This procedure should be done under doctor supervision...
