Suggest Ways To Speed Up Weight Loss For A 65-year-old

I am 65 years old and trying to lose weight. I am exercising 6 days a week with Jazzercise and also lifting some weights. My calorie count per day is 800 to 900 and I am still having trouble losing weight. I have lost some but it is extremely slow. What can I do to speed the weight loss up?

4> Liposuction : As the name says, using surgical method, this sucks out the fat from your body. There are various side effects of this, including but not limited to skin issues like wrinkles, which can now be corrected with laser technology.

Using your present routine, we advise you to maintain a diet chart, eat healthy food, and have 3 days a week routine at first instead of 6 days, as research has shown that 3-4 days a week gives better results than 6-7 days a week. With exercise usually weight loss is slow, you need to couple it with dieting and any of above listed methods to get significant results. Also ask your trainer to suggest exercises which burn calories more and that you are doing this for weight loss, there are exercises like skipping and lifting which burn more calories than others

Hope to have answered you sufficiently.
