General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to low metabolism from hypothyroidism. The dosage of thyroxine medication you are taking should be adjusted. Consulting an endocrinologist will be helpful to do it more efficiently. If your lipids are high then statins should be administered. Fiber rich food will be helpful also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
