To see the effect complement your exercise with balanced diet containing more amount of protein and less carbohydrates.Take small meals at an interval of two hours which will help you in the digestion. You can also try DETOXIFICATION by taking only liquid like juices and fruits for a twice in week which will help not only to reduce weight but also it will flush out all the toxins from body.
