Suggest Ways To Reduce SGPT And SGOT Levels

Hello Dr. pls suggest me how to reduce my sgpt and sgot levels(108&137) and also total bilirubin is 3.7 at present. these levels are fluctuating since from more than one year. I m not a drinker r smoker. so pls help me how to recover it faster. even I feel pain in liver. I m taking medicine like heptamarin. intraliv. and lycovis forte. since from long time. some Dr prefer me to have biopsy and some Dr say no need of biopsy. day by day I m worried. my Dr r faraway from my living town around 350kms. so pls help me what to do and even can I go for ayurvedic treatment r not. pls suggest. thanks.

Hi,

These are liver enzymes which raised when there is liver damage. This results from drug use, alcohol intake or viral infection. The best way is to give them time, stop drugs if your are taking any and alcohol intake. Take a lot of fluids and vitamins C and E for detoxification reduce taking proteins. Consult a doctor gastroenterologist.
