I am 27 years old.My height is 5 4 and weight is 46 kg.I am a vegetarian girl.My ribs are quite visible.I want to put on weight on my upper body area.Even I am going to gym every day so that I can put on some weight.I am having 3 glass of milk,ensure protein shake and 2 bananas every day but nothing is working out.Please help me

its not a very rapid process to put on weight,
it is a gradual process
do stick to your routine for some more days,
things will go better
dont be worried.
body structure is genetically determined also
