Hello,

Regarding the high blood pressure, if these readings are the rule then you should review the following.
- Salt intake: high intake may negatively affect your blood pressure.
- Body weight: when overweight or obese the blood pressure may increase.
- Physical activity: regular physical activity helps with blood pressure control.
- Review of treatment regimen: if after the above measures no control of the blood pressure is achieved then your doctor should add something to your regimen. The choice depends on various factors and cannot be addressed here.

Regarding the liver function tests, investigation is needed. An ultrasound scan is required and blood tests also. Besides a repeat measurement of the transaminases you should also do ALP, gamma gt, hepatitis antibodies (including antinuclear antibodies), etc.

Reducing alcohol intake and loosing some weight if you're obese or overweight is essential.

When you have more data from theaters I'll be glad to comment on them.

Kind regards!
