Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

I am wanting to lose weight and i am on a plan. I am a nurse who works nightshift and am confused as when to eat my meals Eg i am at school all day so i eat my small meals through out the entire day until dinner. I then go to work and do nightshift, i am confused as to what meals i am meant to be eating throughout the night. Please help
