Suggest Ways To Increase Weight While On Livogen Tablets

i am taking livogen tablets. I had a sort of head rounding from 2 weeks so doctor has suggest to take livogen. And also am nursing my 1.4 yr old son and have lost a lot of weight from 61kgs I have become 53 kgs now. Please suggest what needs to be done to increase my weight even though I am nursing. My height is 5.6

Taking tab.livogen is good as it contains liver enzymes but to gain u will have to increase your uptake of specially protein and carbohydrates like almond,cashews,groung nuts,soybeans and if u also take non veg then chicken,fish,eggs.for carbohydrates u can take any sweet,milk,banana,apple etc
