Suggest Ways To Increase The Quantity Of Breast Milk

Hii doctor.. i m on bf from two months.. from last week onwards suddenly my milk supply got low. My baby is trying to suck to get milk. First ten minutes he is enjoying at the breast. Aftet that he is becoming fussier and pulling off and again taking back . Repeating for few seconds and he strts crying. So i was offering top up. And i m taking healthy diet and following everything to increase breast milk. Please suggest me what can i do more than that to get back my milk supply high.

Understand your concern
I would give following advice to increase the breast milk production:

Offer breast milk every 2 hourly as it increased the breast milk production, offer both breast simultaneously and ensure there is proper attachment of baby to breast.

Diet:
High protein diet,garlic, jeera, wheat and fruits like papaya and orange.
Natural remedies: drum stick leave/juice can be use.
Drink 3-4 liters fluid daily and take 2-3 glass of milk daily.

Drugs:
Capsule lactare for 2-3 week
Granule galact with milk.
