Suggest Ways To Increase Height
MMy height is 5"6 and it grows when I was 13 years ild after 13my height groth stoped now I am 16years old and when I was in 14 year I start jym for 1month .now I am so worried about my height I want to become 6"" my mothers height is 5"4 and my fathers height is 6"1

Height is genetically determined mainly and only mildly affected by environmental factors such as diet, activity etc.
It is not likely that you can alter your final height but if you try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it may have a small effect.
There is an area at the end of long bones that is involved in adding new height but at the end of adolescence this area changes and no further growth can occur.
