HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

At present your BMI is just over 21. BMI (body mass index) calculates a persons weight for their height to see if the weight is too little, right or too much for that persons height.

A bmi of 18 to 24.9 is normal.
BMI over 25 is overweight.

If you wish to gain a little more weight (making sure not to go over bmi of 25) then you may need to decrease activity a little.

To increase weight you need to increase your calorie intake (calories from food and drink) and decrease the calories/energy that the body is losing.
If you are doing a lot of aerobic exercises then your body will either lose or not gain any weight.

I hope this helps
