Hello sir, my baby is 15 months old and very weak, before some days he has loose motion as instruction i give him nutrolin b syrup to my son but he has vomiting yesterday night and also today morning he has again vomiting he has take some paneer piece eat banana and pomgrante.sir what can i do for him for his health he is very weak always want to feed from me (mothers milk) but i am working woman so what i do for his better health and how can i growing his weight now i am in my office presently i have no documents of him.

Your son is experiencing acute gastroentritis for which he need a pediatrician consultation. Till then give him only liquids to drink if he can digest.
