Hello,

Smoking is more dangerous than taking soft drinks. So you may slowly discontinue smoking with Tobacco chewing gum or tablets.

From soft drinks you may shift to green tea then slowly withdraw it.

Please consult your psychiatrist he may examine and plan for weaning therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
