Helo Doctor, I am 20 years old and i am very thin i am not gaining any weight i have my heavy brakfast in the moring then lunch then dinner at night. And one more thing that i have black line on the middle of the nose can u give me some tips to clear it out

Weight gain can be achieved by increasing calorie intake. This means increasing the calories used by food and drink intake.

You would need to increase the portion sizes of your main meals and also use snacks between meals.
The addition of oils/butter/dressings to your meal would also help to increase the calorie value.

The black line may be from glasses or from rubbing the nose (eg in allergies/cough and cold).
There are creams such as vitamin e or cocoa butter creams that may help with lightening the area.
