Suggest Ways To Gain Weight

I want to gain weight and chubby cheeks.I am 19 years old and i am just 47 kg.I go to gym and eat proper diet but also my weight doesn't increase.I heard that bad digestion system also causes the weight to get loss as it cannot absorb enough minerals from food for body and blood. Now i have just started doing pranayam hoping to increase my weight and eating home made medicines as said by BABA RAM DEV.Will it help to increase my weight?Or what should i do to increase my weight ?Eagerly waiting for your response.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

BMI (body mass index) looks at a persons weight for their height. It determines if the weight is too little, too much or normal for the persons height.

It can be calculated online, if your BMI is less than 18, then you are too small for your height.

Weight can be added by increasing daily calorie intake. This means (1)increasing the portion sizes of meals and using high calorie foods
(2) increasing the frequency of meals and
(3) adding condiments to meals to increase the calorie value (eg oils, butter, dressings etc)

I hope this helps
