So I am 5 9 120 and I m 22 years old, Constantly people are commenting on how skinny I am, even while I m shopping in grocery stores. (kinda upsetting) I have gone on very specific diets and still no weight is gained. My question is are there prescriptions that doctors could recommend for gaining weight?
HAi, I doesnt matter about your weight. Its all matter of Stamina and strength.
Anyway follow the advise to gain weight.
First eat protein nourished foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake. take diary product like milk,yogurt,chesse,butter etc. Add banana and tuber vegetables. jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee. add meat regularly and fat bound food frequently.
This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight.
Avoid taking hot,spicy,fried food and caffeinated drinks
