Suggest Ways To Gain Weight When Having Diabetes

Hi Sir,Good evening I am a diebetic person.in last 1month .i lost my weight almost 4-5kgs. Fyi..recently came from india to Toronto. now my sugar level-126(empty stomach) on 12th FEb & 116126(empty stomach) on 15th FEb 132(after food) Currently i am taking Glycomet 500mg(2after lunch-2-after dinner) and ecosprin 75mg(1 daily). i am a sport person,very active. Please suggest,how i can gain my weight back.my current weight is 59.5kg.Earlier i am having 64-65kg.My height is 5.4inch. please sugget me some insulin,medicine,vitamins.i m taking care my foods.need ur suggestion asap. It looks like you sugar is well under control with current medication. In my opinion you should get a thyroid profile checked. It is very common that both Diabetes and Thyroid problems occur at the same time. If you have hyperthyroidism, then it needs to be treated separately. Your weight issues will be solved.
