Suggest Ways To Decrease Creatinine Levels

I am male 69 years of age. After my angiogram in march 2013 doctor found that there was 2 blockages 65% & 70% respectibilly and asked for bypass surgery as soon as possible. And prescribed me Ecosprin.av.150, Prolomemet.xl.50, Olmezest.H.20, and Angiotic.500. After having 1 month I stopped this medicine. After another 2 month, one of my ex-cardiac friend suggest me Lemon juice 100ml+ Garlic Juice 100ml+ Ginger juice 100ml+ Apple Vinegar 100ml. Mix together 400ml. And now boiled it to reduce 300ml. Now add 300ml honey to it. It is now 600ml. I took it for 15 days. Then I got admitted for 2 stents implant 3 month latter my last meet. Doctor took me inside Operation Theater & thank god I return without my operation. My doctor found that my both blockage was opened, and doctor made some air pumping to open the entire valves which I could feel when I was on bed. Since then he suggest me to continue with same medicine till now. But again last year I had a lot body pain & so sick that I could not stand at all, 2 person helping me to go to toilet, lot of coughing, I was on bed for 10 days, My heart doctor send me to admit in a health care and there doctor found that I had severe Pneumonia. After 5 days of some gas treatment I discharge. My blood test reports are as bellows, 10/12/2014 Creatinine = 1.5 mg/dl, BUN= 34 mg/dl (Before Admission for pneumonia) 15/12/2014 Creatinine = 1.8 mg/dl (After Discharge) 05/01/2015 Creatinine = 1.9 mg/dl, BUN= 34 mg/dl 26/03/2015 Creatinine = 1.7 mg/dl, BUN= 46 mg/dl 17/06/2015 Creatinine = 1.7 mg/dl, BUN= 26 mg/dl Rx, 1=Nefrosave, 2=Becosules Z-Capsule, 3=Dexovent.400 this medicine for pneumonia now stopped by doctor. But my creatinine level still high. My question is: 1. How could my creatinine level going to decrease? Which food I need to follow or do I need any other medication? 2. Is there any problem for my heart if I will have my medicine (Ecosprin.av.150, Prolomemet.xl.50, Olmezest.H.20, and Angiotic.500) in every second day or in 2 days gap, instead of everyday? 3. Still I am using above mentioned homemade medicine which I will continue or discontinue? Kindly guide me. Thanks.

There are various reasons for the decline of renal function and raising of serum creatinine level such as:
- Age related renal hypo functioning
- Side effect of chronic drug intake

Following guidelines for your doubts:
- Drink plenty of liquids till possible to maintain hydration
