Hello
thanks for your question
i see such patients in my clinic routinely so i would advise you for ovulation study
you should have fruitful sex near ovulation which can be ascertained by progressive ultrasound or study or hormonal assessment

you can ask your doctor to add metformin drug to your treatment
have good balanced food with multivitamin supplements
avoid alcohol and smoking
remain cheerful and avoid excessive stress and anxiety
Hope this helps you and you will be blessed very soon
please don't hesitate to ask for more clarification
best wishes
