Suggest Ways To Bring Down Blood Sugar Levels

my husband just had blood sugar test done to see how he handled the sugary drink. It came back 254. I know that is high but is it because he just had the drink? That isn t his normal level is it? We had to go have blood work done because he was low blood sugar (65) and having issues staying awake and actually ran into a uhaul trailer while in a parking lot because he felt spacey.

Hello,

You should take tab Metformin after physician consultation. Change your lifestyle and eating habits. Avoid fatty oily sweet foods. Eat more fiber rich and smaller meals. Do regular exercise.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
