hello sir, am imran my age is 26, am having belly, my office timing is morning 6.30am to 7.30pm night, so please advice me how to reduce my belly.

It has a good effect over all. You can train 1 hour per day after 7,30 pm. at least 4 times a week. Especially train every day abs. Have a diet full of proteins, vegetables and fruits and less carbohydrates. Stay hydrated and focused. Give yourself time. Try not to lose fat fast because you will regain it even faster.
